After losing a Hardcore Game, can not create new World.

      I only play hardcore.

      After losing a hardcore game, I delete the world and tried to create a new one.

      1. Delete world - works
      2. Game Menu - works
      3. Create new world - complete selection, then
      4. Game Crash
      5. Can not exit game from Desktop. The only recourse is to restart Windows 10 and restart Minecraft.   

      This never happened before in earlier versions. 1.14.2 worked fine.
