h2. Introduction
Hey, I just want to start this with I have done a lot of research and trying to fix it by myself and sadly it just has not worked.
I know there have been other bugs recorded that are similar to this and I have tried all the solutions and sometimes the bugs didn't have solutions.
The solutions that I have gathered previously that I have all tried are as follows
* -Update your Java Version
* -Reinstall Minecraft
* -Set your Jvm arguments
* -Change the directory of your Minecraft Java folder
* -Update your drivers (Intel, Nvidia or Geforce)
* -Close interference software such as discord that may affect the launcher
(I have tried all of these and sadly it still hasn't worked)
I have also tried to contact Microsoft support to fix the issue but couldn't do it.
h2. Description
Essentially when I load up my Minecraft it comes up non-responsive and eventually shuts down and crashes and shows up on the launcher. Previously it did load at some points but the red line or loading would only go so far before it crashed again. I was using just the 1.14.2 version no mods or anything.
h2. Versions of Minecraft Installed
* 1.12
* 1.14.2
* 1.14.3

h2. How I think I got this problem
I downloaded optifine and it came with this additional software for drivers then I uninstalled this software when launching Minecraft it halted and on the task manager, it showed this "node.js" that when I exited it Minecraft would run I then wanted to delete all software that was downloaded from optifine and it hasn't recovered since.
It would really help if one of you developers could contact or even remote access the computer and see it for yourself and try help me in making mc work again.
