After the update to 1.14.3, Mob started to spawn VERY slowly during nights. They still appear in big groups in caves and mines, the nether spawns mob really fast (i killed about 110 pigmans with commands end after a few seconds more than 50 were already spawned) and phantoms spawn as usual; the only issue is with "surface" spawns that seem to be broken. doMobSpawning is set to true and I already tried setting rendering on 10+, changing difficulty on peaceful and then on hard again, nothing worked.
