In all of the 1.14.3 pre-releases I have encountered a strange visual glitch on my computer. I thought it was something on my end, or simply something that was caused by the pre-release itself, but after loading up 1.14.3, this glitch is still here.

The bottom half of the screen appears to have a glitch, similar to rolling shutter on a camera, which causes that section of the screen to lag behind. This delays what I am seeing on screen, and becomes very noticeable when I run or look around quickly.
