I just finished building a villager trading hall in 1.14.2, i made sure to give each villager a work station and i used the double trapdoor trick to make them think they actually have room to move and to walk to their work station. The problem is that the majority of the villagers is not refreshing its trades or if they do it takes them 3/4 minecraft days.
