This problem began in PR2 , some of my villagers do not allow trading any more. The trade window flashes on the screen very briefly, but does not stay open.

These villagers have work sites.

At least one of the non-working villagers is MASTER level, but not all. I had traded with all villagers before the update, and some still allow trades.
