Given the layout shown in screenshot #1, exiting the minecart glitches a player through the floor every time. This happened over a lava lake – people are very upset.

This works perfectly in 1.12.2 and 1.13.2

What I expected to happen was...:
The player should be able to exit a minecart since there is adequate room

What actually happened was...:
The player glitches through the floor and falls into whatever is below.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build track as shown in screenshot #1
2. Enter a minecart
3. Exit the minecart

Screenshots #2 & #3 show the result when the floor is increased to 2 blocks. The player is glitched into the block under the tracks.
