Fishing rod's bobber hovering in air
If you throw it in too high angle, it will came high and leave hovering about ~1 block in air

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a fishing rod
2. Throw it in high angle (towards lake's /ocean's base)
3. Bobber will pop up the water and leave hovering sometimes
