Description
The Bug:
When a boat is near a painting or an item frame, it will break off. Even invulnerable paintings still get affected by this bug!
Minecarts, horses and armour stands don't seem to be breaking off paintings or item frames so this is likely unintended behaviour.

Steps on how to reproduce:
1. Get an item frame or a painting, and then place the painting/item frame down.
2. Get a boat, put it down, and get in it.
3. Make the boat go near the item frame/painting.
