Teleporting the player via relative coordinates causes choppy frames. Even when the coordinates, yaw and pitch don't change, the player's view appears to freeze every other frame and the player's model glitches in third person view.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new 1.14.2 server with command blocks enabled
- Run execute at @a run tp @p ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ in a repeating command block
- Walk or sprint around
