My character's head is stuck and I can't see anything but the sky

What I expected to happen was...:

I expected to move my head around whilst in the game to see where i am going.

What actually happened was...:
My character's head is fixed in the sky and will not move around on my trackpad or wireless mouse.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I've tried creating a new game, the same thing is still happening
2. I've tried my mouse options
3. It happened whilst i was in the middle of a game
