What i expected to happen was that i would go to the top in a boat.
What actually happened was i went up 30 blocks and it kicked me off, same applies to mobs riding the boat.
Using a minecart, horse and pig to go up works fine. Only affects boats.
Steps to Reproduce (World save in attachment)
- Build a water elevator
- Ride boat into elevator
- Get kicked off around 30 blocks
Works as intended in 1.13.2
