My minecraft narrator voice is in english, but i want to change it to german, yet i found it to be impossible to change it.

after a bit of reading, i found out that the minecraft narrator voice should be the systems (windows 10) standard narrator voice. i changed the systems standard narrator voice to hedda german (i tried with others too) but with no effect on minecrafts narrator voice.

i tried changing system language to german, changed my region to german and basically everything i could finds in the windows 10 settings menu, I completely removed minecraft and re-installed it. Yet the minecraft narrator speaks english.

on this site i found a "solution" to this problem where, as i understand it, you change the systems narrator voices that are not publicly availabe into publicly available ones (in the registry). The voice "hedda german" is one of the voices that should be publicly available from the start, so that "solution" does not apply to me.

please tell me what i have to do to change that narrator voice language (and i know it's possible because my nephew got it in german)
