The Bug:

Lower levels of enchanted books aren't present within the "Ingredients" creative inventory tab.

The enchanted books of efficiency, unbreaking, fortune, luck of the sea, etc. only appear at their highest level in the "Ingredients" creative inventory tab.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Switch into creative mode and open your inventory.
• Click on the "Ingredients" tab.
• Attempt to locate any enchanted book at its lowest level.
• Take note as to whether or not lower levels of enchanted books aren't present within the "Ingredients" creative inventory tab.

Observed Behavior:

Lower levels of enchanted books aren't present.

Expected Behavior:

Lower levels of enchanted books would be present. For example, instead of just the protection IV book being present, protection I, II, and III, would be present within the "Ingredients" tab as well.
