What I expected to happen was...:
When i break any mineral block of the beacon base to turn off it , i expect hear the deactivate sound of the beacon, as in 1.13

What actually happened was...:
If you break any block of the base the beacon not sounds nothing.. but when you break the beacon (with or without base) it reproduces the deactivate sound

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a 3x3 base with any mineral block allowed to power up the beacon
2. Add a beacon over the center block of the base
3. Break any block of the base

4. Now place a beacon on the floor without a beacon base and break it
