I am getting screen tears pretty consistently whenever I move my mouse vertically. I typically play without vsync and have not noticed this issue in previous versions. I tried turning vsync on to resolve the issue, however nothing changed.
I also tried limiting the game's framerate to 60fps, however this didn't change anything.
