Parrots cannot teleport to snow-covered blocks.

When trying to transport parrots from a jungle biome to my base, I realised that parrots will not teleport to the player through the snowy biome. Shovelling the top layer of snow off the grass to make the grass block visible allows the parrots to teleport to them though.
