What I expected to happen was...:
golems get pushed in the water stream and not get stuck in the blocks

What actually happened was...:
i was just messing about testing the new golem spawning around frightened villagers mechanic. Next thing I see is an iron golem going through some blocks of stone without suffocating

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create iron farm as in photo below
2. wait for iron golems to spawn
3. see if one gets stuck in blocks
