when a world is updated to 1.14.3 prerealease 1 mobs and blocks will not drop items

      Recently updated a world to 1.14.3 pre1 and blocks when mined with any tool will not drop themselves and mobs wont drop items. This only happens when a world is updated not when it is created new in that version.
