The bug

I have a village set up near my spawning point with lots of villagers. Before the 1.14.3 pre release, they were breeding so that there were more villagers than beds.

Now that I have 1.14.3 pre release installed, this bug is corrected only if I don't move any beds. If I mine a bed and place it down again, the bed is briefly unclaimed, and in that time frame my villagers breed another baby villager believing that there is another bed needing to be filled.

Example. If I had four villagers and four beds, and moved one of the beds, I would end up with five villagers and four beds because the villagers would breed to fill the unclaimed bed. The baby then claims the bed before the previous owner can reclaim it.
