When enchanting, enchantments such as fortune III are extremely rare compared to previous versions, with no listed changes to the enchanting odds. Similarly, in previous versions, getting an Efficiency IV, Unbreaking III, Fortune III pickaxe was relatively common but is now extremely rare.

After over thirty enchants of a diamond pickaxe at level 30, I received one pickaxe with fortune III, and it was the only enchantment on the pickaxe. There were also no pickaxes with better than Efficiency IV, Fortune II, Unbreaking I.

To reproduce, simply enchant any tool or armour piece at level 30.
