Game Lag when mutiple Leaves decay

      When I was playing 1.14.1 survival Minecraft, I have noticed that I experience massive FPS drops to 20, 15, even 5 FPS whilst I was chopping down many trees in a 30 to 50 block radius. Afterward I have recreated this scenario in a creative world and it the same issue was present.
