      What happened?

Started a hardcore survival world, promptly died, then when given the option to "Delete World" or "Spectate World" I chose "Delete World" and was met with the main menu having a grey gradient as a background instead of the normal panorama (picture 1). (Choosing "Spectate World" instead of "Delete World" and saving and quitting how you normally would doesn't result in any issues).

Trying to load up a different world that had been in a previous version (and thus gave the prompt about backing up) showed the hardcore world that should've been deleted still loaded in the background (picture 2).

Trying to load said different world anyway resulted in a grey screen (picture 3) and the game freezing up.

      How to recreate the bug?

      • Start up a hardcore survival world.
      • Kill the player (yourself).
      • Choose "Delete World".
      • Bug occurs.
