Chunks that should not have skylight are lit

      Under a roof of concrete, skylight is still able to reach the ground. I have replaced all of the blocks on the roof, reloaded the chunks (F3+A), and I have tried putting light sources and removing them. Nothing will fix this and it has persisted since 1.14.1.
