End cities not generating into some chunks

      I just updated to 1.14.2 and decided to re-visit the end now that gateway portal teleporting is fixed. In 1.14 I didn't have any issues with end cities generating, but I've been to three new ones in 1.14.2 and all of them had sections cut-off on chunk borders.
