When entering the nether into my main hub, I tried to enter an adjacent portal only to find that I was not being teleported back to the overworld, I tried one more time to enter, only for it to warp my screen and stay that way. Re-entering the original portal I came through and going back through, then into into the adjacent portal after seemed to solve the issue.
