The bug
When using bubble columns to go up, player is kicked out of boat after the going up a few blocks.

To reproduce

1. /fill ~-2 ~-1 ~-2 ~2 ~20 ~2 glass hollow
2. /fill ~-2 ~-1 ~-2 ~2 ~-1 ~2 soul_sand
3. /fill ~-1 ~ ~-1 ~1 ~20 ~1 water
4. Get in a boat and move to the bottom of the column.

Expected result
The player should get to the top of the column along with the boat.

Actual result
The player is kicked out of the boat after going up a few blocks.
