I did not have this issue in the released version or the last three pre-releases. With this pre-release  I am getting stuck in door ways. Four times now. Once in a desert village, and 3 times in a plains village. Four separate brand new fresh maps. Small one bed houses seem to be the only connection. (Sand stone, wood, or clay walls do not seem to make difference, Also desert and plains doors are different wood.  Just simple open door walk in and stuck. Only once has it happened exiting. Try to get free by jumping, squatting, walking in any direction,  and even exiting the world and coming back in seem to not set free.
