When standing next to walls and breaking them the player glitches out causing them to be unable to rotate, move or place blocks(blocks can still be broken though). When this occurs in survival, blocks place are permanently lost. It does not appear to be possible to get out of this situation without going into spectator. Also most likely the same issue as with doors and fence gates.
