There is no scoreboard criteria/statistic for interacting with an enchanting table

      There is no statistic for opening/using an enchanting table, unlike other similar blocks.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place down an enchanting table
      2. Open the UI interface
      3. Open the scoreboards screen
      4. Check the "Interactions with [block]" statistics

      Expected & Observed Results:

      - The game includes statistics for other usage blocks like crafting tables, furances, grindstones, etc, but no "Interactions with Enchanting Table" statistic.
      - There would be a "Interactions with Enchanting Table" statistic.
