Iron doors or any redstone components that has a powered state does not activate and becomes powered when powered by lever or any powersources of redstone such as redstone blocks, levers, buttons, pressure plates, etc. This happens after coming back and unloading and loading chunk it's placed on. It gets fixed after relogging.
