In a typical 2 block high, 1 block wide passage, with a minecart track, occasionally when you get out of the minecart it appears to run slowly & places you in a block

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to jump out of the minecart and stay in the passage

What actually happened was...:
It placed me in a block, I suffocated to death and lost all my items.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a 2 block high, 1 block wide passage with a minecart track down the middle
2. ride a minecart into it
3. get out of the minecart. If the computer is running slow, occasionally you will be placed in a block when you exit the minecart
