What I expected to happen was...:
Buttons in the GUI for enable cheats, nor starter chest on a hardcore world are supposed to stay grayed out.

What actually happened was...:
After changing the world type I was.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change mode to hardcore
2. Change world type to buffet
3. Hit customize

4. You can now see the buttons light up. You can not change them however.
