Structure Blocks cannot load beds. They used to have trouble loading any blocks that took up two spaces (doors, tall flowers, beds, etc.), but many of those bugs have been fixed around 1.13 (doors and tall flowers have been fixed). However, beds still cannot be loaded in with structure blocks.
