My powerful server always running perfectly smooth - after upgrade to 1.14.1 with a new world generated the server can't keep up even with 10 players.
Dramatic and enormous resources usage, crashes, lags, low tps, people getting timed-out kicks, completely unplayable.
In my opinion this is related to terrible chunks loading and unloading algorithm and also broken AI performance of villagers.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT !!!  THIS SHOULD BE THE HIGHEST PRIORITY AS MINECRAFT IS MAINLY MULTIPLAYER GAME !!!

My servers run even much worse on 1.14.2 than 1.14.1 as described: MC-153239
