UI
When launching Minecraft in fullscreen mode, it launches on both screens in a glitchy fashion. The cursor is locked on the secondary monitor while the UI on the other monitor is interacted with. Difficult to explain, but whatever option you hover over on the second monitor, reacts to the UI on the other monitor.
Both monitors display the main menu UI. I have tried making my primary monitor my main monitor, I've reinstalled MC, unplugged and plugged in my monitors, changed the resolution on secondary monitor, and unplugging only the second monitor.
The last two solutions have worked technically, but they aren't actual solutions. I'd like to be able to run both my monitors at their native resolution and run Minecraft in fullscreen mode on my primary monitor without having any issues.
I have tested this on versions 1.14.1 and 1.12.2, both versions have done the same thing which has shown that this is may be a bug with all versions of Java MC. I have also run another game in maximized mode which did not have any sort of issues unlike MC.
This was not happening prior to 05/20/2019. I've browsed a couple forums, only to come up dry, this is quite honestly my last hope.
