When dismounting a minecart or a boat in a 2 block high space the player gets placed too low down and clips through the floor.

Might be because of the forced swimming animation.

Might be related to or the same issue as MC-147715, though the player doesn't 'glitch out'when inside the block (which happens for MC-147715) but instead just falls through it
