What I expected to happen was...:
Comparator to give a pulse while the item is in the hopper

What actually happened was...:
The comparator did not update and give a signal

Steps to Reproduce:
Feed a hopper into another container and put a comparator taking input from the hopper. Throw one item into the hopper.
