Running a vanilla 1.14.1 server with 7GB of dedicated RAM from a Windows 10 computer with the latest version of Java (May 15, 2019). If more details are needed, please ask, as I am not entirely sure as to what need𝔰 to go here.

While running a server on 1.14.1 with a few people (Ranging from 1-6 in the times the bug occurred), every so often, we would encounter a problem where someone would die, and then one of two things would happen (These may be two separate bugs, as one was never seen existing with the other):
One thing that happened is that, when brought to the "Respawn/Title Screen," respawning would not happen despite clicking the button to do so. Clicking the "Respawn" button would darken the button for a few seconds, but then, it would go back to its original state. The same happened to the alternative "Respawn" button that shows up when clicking the "Title Screen" button. However, it was still an option to go to the title screen. On a previous server running on the same machine for 1.14, these same problems existed earlier.
The next bug that was encountered upon death on the server was that, after clicking respawn, you would respawn in your normal location, but all entities in that chunk would appear frozen and no blocks would drop when broken. Shortly after respawning, the respawning player would lose connection. If the player tried to rejoin, they would slowly load into the area that they had respawned in, with no visuals but entities and the skybox showing up for a longer-than-usual period of time (5-20 seconds). The block visuals would then load, and the player could move around on the client's side, though not on the server's side. Not long after joining, the player would suddenly die, not by anything, but in a way that seems like it would suddenly register that the player has apparently been dead, despite having respawned from the original death (No new death message would occur.). One other odd part of this was also that, in the short period of time that I was able to move upon joining after having been kicked after my original death, and managed to punch another player. They later reported that they experienced the punch, but had not seen me, and on my side, I was dead when they noticed the punch. Even after leaving and rejoining the server, I would apparently be dead, until a while later when I rejoined the server. A similar thing would happen when teleportation, though you would be kicked (With the same message), and be able to rejoin, though not in the death cycle.
