The Bug:

Fishing bobbers can attach to the person who cast the fishing rod.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a fishing rod and while looking up, throw the fishing bobber into the air.
2. Attempt to make the fishing bobber attach to you by standing under it as it falls to the ground.
3. Take note as to whether or not fishing bobbers can attach to the person who cast the fishing rod.

Observed Behavior:

Fishing bobbers can attach to the person who cast the fishing rod.

Expected Behavior:

Fishing bobbers would not be able to attach to the person who cast the fishing rod.
