Villagers "forget" that there is a raid and resume their normal schedule risking their life.

      Villagers "forget" that there is a raid and resume their normal schedual

      I love this update, don't get me wrong.

      But I started a raid in a village that I had fortified (I encased the villagers in one large castle)

      After a few waves, the raid "boss bar" disappeared and the villagers stopped sweating.  Then they began to walk outside casually.

      They were heading for the town center which wast just outside the castle surrounded by a fence.

      Then they got killed.

      A ravager got in and started slaughtering the villagers one by one.  It waited by the door, and the villagers just kept walking into it.

       

      Reasons-

      -It could have been because I left the village for 3 seconds

      -It could have been because the raid went on for too long

      -It could have been because the villagers went out to ring the bell between waves and "forgot."

       

      Solutions-

      -Program the villagers to ring the bell once before a raid but not between waves as to limit the risk of this

      -Program the villagers to stay in their beds and not move as soon as one of the raid mobs are in the area (unless being chased).

      -make the villagers continue to stay in there beds for about 30 seconds more (as if they were still scared) so that they could "check" for pillager via computer magic.

       

      Other problems and solutions to them-

      -The game occasionally opens the pause screen when it becomes too laggy

      -The raid mobs don't go all the way to the village and then wander off (possible solution, use the village perimeter and prohibit any raid mobs from leaving that circle.)

      -The raid mobs wander off (Other solution: Please increase the "scout range" of the bell so wandering raid mobs can be spotted.
