So, i Host my own minecraft server on a separate PC. it has 8gb of ddr4 ram and runs fine. I used to be able to join my server. now i can join, yet cannot interact with anything. either i get kicked out or everything happens with a 30 second delay. Now the weird part is: my friends do not have this issue whilest i am hosting the server. so i can basically not play on my own server.
This is really annoying and really weird considering i was able to join the 1,14 server before and nothing has changed. already Deinstalled and reinstalled (deleted all files) both minecraft and Java but it doesn't work.

Please if anyone has a solution i would appreciate it
