      Pillagers can spawn outside world border unlike other mobs.

       

      How to reproduce:

      1. setup world border:
        /worldborder center ~ ~
        /worldborder set 9
      2. the hard part:
        Wait for pillagers to spawn

      Other mobs, such as zombies, skeletons etc. won't spawn outside world border.
