Can't place double chests on top of double chests (fixed)

      This was an issue in 1.13 as well, you used to be able to stack double chests on double chests but now it forces them to be single chests.

       

      EDIT: I figured out the problem, you have to place the chest on the chest beside it to make it double, you used to be able to place both chests side by side on top of the bottom chest and it would automatically turn into a double chest.
