Floating water in village crops

      Spawned next to a village after making a new world, and went to get crops. Found floating water in the crops.

      What I expected to happen was...:
      Flowing water

      What actually happened was...:
      Water was floating over a "hill" about 1-3 blocks high.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      Not known. but my guess is to spawn near a village
