Mineshaft spawner will not generate if other architecture blocks

      As the images are shown, image 0.1 should be the normal mineshaft. HOWEVER, in image 1~2, we can see there are many cobwebs, but none of them has a cave spider spawner. Seems to be the other architecture cut the generating progress, and make the spawner disappeared, which will not happen in previous versions.
