In village chests in the affected versions mentioned above, I found grass and tallgrass. See images below.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Create a default world with the seed 8689861349976835674.

2) Look behind you. There is a savanna village.

3) Look in the chest of each house. In some you will find grass and tallgrass.
