Villagers Not Breeding:

I have four farmer villagers inside of a villager farm with six beds, four composters, and a supply of potatoes. The area is a 9x9 with no access to the beds, as they are two blocks up on a wall surrounding the area. The farm is also around 75 blocks away from the furthest house in the nearby village. The villagers are not breeding despite having food, being traded with until displaying the "green sparkles", and a sufficient amount of beds. Some pictures of the farm are below.

Villagers Wont Pick Up Food:

I've attempted to give villagers food in the past on this server to no avail. They just don't seem to want to pick it up and show no interest in bread, carrots, or potatoes. They completely ignore the food and I have not seen any farmer villagers, fisherman, or butchers attempt to share food with other villagers either.
