chunks are not properly loaded while running/bunnyhopping. They only continue loading when the player stands still. This goes as far as the player even reaching the unloaded chunks, creating the effect of being able to see through the ground. This issue did not happen in previous versions (1.13.x), there even with render distance of 13 chunks everything went smooth. This also seems to affect mob spawning, most of the desert kept being mob-free on locked hard-mode.
Expectation: chunk load and mob spawning should not be affected by the movement of the player in this way.
