Game crashes upon breaking item frames!

I placed an item frame on a block of coal, but when I broke the item frame, the game crashed. After reopening the game, the item frame was gone.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a world.
2. Place a block
3. Place item frame
4. Break item frame

From what I saw, it might be for only on the coal block, but it may be any block.
